4. Shipping & Pricing

FREE UK delivery on all orders.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
No hidden handling fees are added at checkout.
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Order Processing / Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately.

Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting.

Where a product uses faux or vegan materials rather than animal-derived materials, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time. Such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

8. Returns, Refunds & Statutory Consumer Rights

If you are a UK consumer, you are fully protected under UK Consumer Law, including:

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: Granting you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

These statutory rights apply in addition to our goodwill returns policy described below. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your legal statutory rights.

Our Goodwill Returns Policy

We also offer a 30-day goodwill return window from the date of delivery for all our UK customers.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged through customer use cannot be returned under this goodwill policy (this does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
If the replacement item costs less, we refund the difference.
If the replacement item costs more, we will advise you of any additional amount required before processing the exchange.

9. Order Confirmation & Shipment

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

Once dispatched, tracking details are emailed within 24 hours.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@englishoutfits.co.uk.

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund or cancel any payment authorization.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@englishoutfits.co.uk as soon as possible and include photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
