English Outfits is a trading name of Shoplectic LTD, a limited company registered in England & Wales (Company Number: 13875163).

1. 30-Day Return Guarantee & Statutory Rights

We offer a 30-day goodwill return policy for all our customers from the date of delivery. We currently accept orders from and ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. As a UK consumer, you are fully protected under UK Consumer Law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14-day statutory right to cancel) and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrect goods).

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Items altered, worn, or damaged through customer use cannot be refunded under our goodwill policy.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked courier service as proof of postage.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please do not send items back without contacting our support team first. We do not include prepaid return labels inside parcels. To start a return, email us at info@englishoutfits.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

5. Refund Processing Time & Payment Method

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days directly to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@englishoutfits.co.uk within 48 hours with photos. Where an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund.
